Day one. Arrival on Sunday at 6:30 AM.
After fourteen plus hours on V Australia with an abundance of movies and decent airplane food I was greeted warmly by the Phan family and a heaping hot bowl of pho. The remainder of the day we settled in and we were delighted for dinner with a Phan home-cooked meal.

Downtown Sydney and dinner at The Rocks. Explored the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, and Luna Park. Stirred a bit of trouble with the transit police after exiting off the ferry. Left with a warning, as oppose to a $100 fine, but permanently in the system for purchasing a concession ticket and not an adult ticket. Officer requested I re-enact the dramatization of the event. It was the performance of a lifetime with special thanks to my mother on how to deal with law enforcement.
